One-off investments in your own stand elements are shown separately from recurring costs per show. For each element we agree whether buying or renting makes more sense – and look at total costs over several trade fair seasons.
Additional costs are only incurred after your written approval.

We plan and build in line with legal requirements, organiser guidelines and fire safety regulations, and obtain the necessary permits and stand construction approvals for you.
Our technical planning team prepares construction and workshop drawings including exhibit and load planning. Before delivery, our production management checks the work in our own workshop.
All partners are integrated into our schedule, quality and safety management.

Yes. Your project manager is your central contact and controls schedules, costs and quality across all shows. A fixed deputy attends all jour fixe meetings and knows every project status.
After the kick-off we meet in a regular jour fixe – every two weeks, weekly in the hot phase. A status report with a traffic light shows schedule, costs, quality and open decisions. Approvals for design, graphics and technology are documented.
No. We track the budget continuously against target. Additional costs are only incurred after your written approval.
Yes. We plan and build in line with legal requirements, organiser guidelines and fire safety regulations, and obtain the necessary permits and stand construction approvals.
On request, technicians or fitters are on site on the first day or throughout the show. We are also supported by a supra-regional network of fitters.
