Staging commercial vehicles, bodies, motorhomes and components – on stands of up to 1,200 m², indoors and on outdoor grounds.
A vehicle is the strongest exhibit at a trade fair – and the most demanding. Weight, dimensions, delivery and move-in shape the planning just as much as the question of how visitors should experience the vehicle.
rocDesign has built exhibition stands with integrated vehicle presentations of up to 1,200 m² – for clients including the Royal Terberg Group, TSE, SPIER, Karmann and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
Exhibit and load planning, stand construction approvals and exhibit handling during set-up and dismantling are part of our scope.
Vehicles place special demands on construction, logistics and scheduling. We take them into account from the start.
Write an EmailWeight and dimensions of the exhibits are built into the construction, floor and workshop drawings.
We coordinate time slots, hall gates and the order of vehicles and stand construction with the organiser and logistics.
Lighting, sightlines, platforms and ramps put the vehicle at the centre of the presence.
Walkways, detail stations and media let visitors experience the product up close.
Pavilions, multi-storey structures and vehicle areas outdoors – for example at IFAT or GIFA.
We clarify the organiser’s requirements for vehicle exhibits early and obtain the necessary stand construction approvals.
For the Royal Terberg Group we built a 1,200 m² exhibition stand on the outdoor grounds of IFAT in Munich.
At its heart is a two-storey glass pavilion with lounge, bar and terrace. In front of it, refuse collection vehicles are on display for visitors to see up close.
Pavilion and vehicle display form one presence – planned, built and managed by rocDesign.
